SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be shipped. All packages are shipped USPS and prices are based on the weight of the package.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you my return or exchange an unused piece for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery of your order. In the event something is broken when your order arrives, please notify John at john@minklerpottery.com immediately and retain the packaging in case the carrier wants to inspect it. Pieces are packed very well, so this has very rarely been a problem. You are welcome to exchange or you will be refunded for the item or items that break.
